Sexta eu tava mais pesada (79,9 kg) , mas segunda fui na balança da farmácia que sempre vou e e tava lá que emagreci. O detalhe que eu acabado de almoçar então eu posso até estar mais leve..Eu até peguei o papelzinho pra postar aki. Talvez pq eu tava mais inchada , daqueles dias , sabe ou será que foram os banhos gelados? Foram 3 dias de banhos frios. Talvez seja uma maneira de eu levar mais a sério a reducação alimentar, a famosa RA. Já fiz todos os tipos de dietas e a minha última foi a do sopão que não recomendo pra ninguém.Então falando um pouco sobre mim , tenho 26 anos, tenho 1,67 . Em fevereiro estava pesando 86 kilos. Atualmente peso 79.9 kg.
